Take some time to indulge in YOU. The modern world is LOUD, and it can be tough to hear ourselves over the mele.
On Self Care Sundays, we carve out time at the start of each month to check in with how we feel, where we are at, and where we want to go. The better we get to know ourselves, the better care we take, the better we feel – simple!
Join us at Kampus to get clear on the month ahead. Decide how you want to feel and how you want to get there.
We shift the energy of what has gone before and celebrate how far we have come, before indulging in some deep rest to set us up for the next step.
Expect meditation, somatic movement/yoga, journalling, Yoga Nidra (hippy disco nap), and a sweet treat to take away.
